Initiate repairs and maintenance in consultation with the EC promptly and in line with budgeting.
Take care of financial records, reports, bank accounts, invoices, levies, BAS, tax returns, budgets and reductions.
Act as a secretary at meetings and help prepare agendas and supporting documents.
Policy valuations, obtaining new quotes, and preparation, lodging of claims and administering claims.
Action all outstanding levy arrears and initiate debt collection action.
Maintain the corporate register, minute book and keep up-to-date files relating to the development.
Answer questions relating to the rights and obligations of the Owners’ Corporation and unit owners, with the latest legislation.
Assist in tribunal or court proceedings; briefing solicitors; reviewing rules; renewing leases or changing entitlements; and changing the lease purpose clause.
